2. Learning organizations are organizations in which changing how the organization works and is structured is a natural part of the acquisition of knowledge. Testing new ways of doing things and methods of changing the structure is encouraged, and often implemented at small scales before being used organization-wide.
What are some of the benefits you see in this structure?
