I need help on my country notebook. The project has two parts– the first focuses on the country, industry and company analysis. The second part focuses on the company’s strategy, financial projections, strategy implementation, recommendations and conclusion.
I’ve done the first part and have been given some feedback by the instructor on the first part but I really need help developing the second part of this project. I have a very raw draft. Therefore, I will need help improving the first part and I’ll give you (the tutor) the autonomy to develop the second part of the project as you see fit.
Note: to execute the second part of the project you need to understand (read) the 1st part.
Note 2: For the financial projections I will like graphs and charts.
What is this project about? In briefing my project is about a clothing brand from South Africa( DDM inc) that plans to expand its brand in New York City. NYC was the chosen destination because its the fashion capital of the world and it offers many opportunities for emerging fashion designers and entrepreneurs to showcase their product.
