Nightmare Workplace Meetings
At a typical meeting there will be many faces and personalities in attendance. For example, you could have a Chatty Cathy, Gossiping Gail, Tasha the Takeover, Sensitive Sally, or Soft-speaking Sara. The role of the meeting facilitator can be very challenging in this regard. List and describe at least four tactics in order for a facilitator to remain in control of the meeting and eliminate excessive and off-topic conversations in order to have a productive and successful meeting.
