b) Thesis: Regardless of the type of classroom environment whether it is in a faceto-face classroom or online, using the proper netiquettes and civility is important.
One might find themselves asking; what does netiquette and civility mean? What
are some basic rules to follow?

Conclusion

regular face-to-face classroom, if not more important because the facial
expression and body gestures are missing in the online classroom. Understanding
the meaning and some helpful rules to follow, one might understand how proper
netiquettes will help in keeping the civility within the classroom.
