Find one company that has a strong sense of social responsibility, and another company that does not. In other words, find two divergent companies who have differing views on the concept of “ social responsibility.” You can use any two companies you want, but ones that interest you are often the best to give a report about.
Give a brief description of the company including a very brief financial analysis and what the company produces/does. Then, describe what philosophy each company has with regard to “ social responsibility” and the behaviors it engages in to support that philosophy.
The paper should be no shorter than 5 double spaced typed pages not including citations and cover page. Students should follow all aspects of APA Formatting. There should be no fewer than 6 citations from books and journals. Websites can be used but DO NOT COUNT toward the required number of citations. The textbook of the course can be used, but does not count as one of the six citations.

- Writing is clearly organized around a central theme prescribed by the instructions in the assignment.. Each paragraph is clear and relates to the others in a well-planned and organized framework. Reader easily follows the writer’s work which demonstrates knowledge of content. Uses appropriate APA format both parenthetically and in a complete works cited section.
