You are interested in conducting a qualitative research study to investigate employee
perceptions of organisational support. Specifically, attention should be given to the
organisational support aspects employees’ consider as most important to them, as well as the
impact the presence and absence of these organisational support aspects has on their work.
3.1.1
Describe how this study will be conducted if you made use of a case study design using
semi-structured interviews. Explain in detail all the specific aspects that you will need to
consider to successfully conduct the study (i.e. procedural aspects, ethical considerations, the
questions, etc). Please include the questions you will ask the employees during semistructured interviews.
